All found on your Invoice or Final Payment request email:
Amount Due: from Final Payment Email/Invoice << e.g to enter €3,495 type in: 3495.00
Booking Name: Family Name of the Booker
Invoice Ref: Invoice Number
Card Information: Card Number, Expiration Date, Card Security Code, Full Name on Card, Country
Then press “Pay”
You are transferred to a Thank You screen confirming payment has been received.
Without confirmation the transaction is incomplete.
In the event of an error, a message may appear with details of the problem.
In some instances no error appears and you remain on the Card Payment Screen.
This is usually because your Card Company has blocked the transaction as possibly suspicious and outside the normal pattern of use for your card.
If the transaction does not complete and whether you receive an error message or not:
Step 1: Please contact the card issuer to see if the transaction has been blocked for whatever reason
Step 2: Repeat the process and all being well it will complete successfully
If it does not complete:
Step 3: Send email to [email protected] or [email protected] and await further instructions.
